📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and activities.
  • Support the production team in maintaining quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and record production data and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Familiarity with production management software and tools.
