📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing and developing the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our retail customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
