📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury retail and commercial space fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure design and construction standards are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the retail or commercial fit-out industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end retail and commercial space transformations.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in retail and commercial fit-out.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with clients.
