As an F&B Retail Associate/Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our guest interactions, handling everything from tea tastings to personalized recommendations. You'll work closely with our expert baristas, using our state-of-the-art POS system and inventory management tools to ensure seamless operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared for.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of premium teas and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized using our inventory management software.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and manage POS systems efficiently.
• Promote our luxury tea products and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring it meets our high standards of presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests.
• Strong knowledge of tea and its preparation methods.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
