📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop kawaii-style character illustrations and graphic designs that align with our brand identity.
• Design eye-catching packaging and promotional materials for various products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet client and brand requirements.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork using industry-standard software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve your work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance our design process.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss design concepts and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a kawaii illustrator or graphic designer, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your kawaii-style illustrations and graphic design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
