Leaf Web Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Manage and mentor junior training officers to ensure the continued success of the training program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
