📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage and optimize production schedules using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Lead maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high product standards.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Manage a team of supervisors and production staff, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
