📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and market share.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Training and mentoring new sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Assisting in the organization of sales events and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
