Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives.
  • Design and build data models using Databricks.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize data quality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a related role.
  • Proven experience with Databricks and other data analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is a plus.
