Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Spanish-English Operations Support Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This is a remote position, and you will be based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is PHP 40000 - 50000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide operational support to clients, including data entry, document processing, and administrative tasks.,Assist in managing and maintaining client files and records.,Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Provide training and support to internal teams as needed.,Assist in the resolution of operational issues and problems.,Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.,Proven experience in operations support or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
