📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and understand company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular sales audits and implement strategies to improve sales performance.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track store performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
