Agung Nanda Fashion is seeking a talented and experienced Deputy Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This is a full-time position located in Nusa Dua, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

🛠️ Keahlian

Cooking skills in various cuisines.Experience with kitchen management software.Knowledge of menu planning and costing.Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
