As an HR Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You'll work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. You'll also be responsible for implementing and monitoring our HR policies and procedures, ensuring that we're always in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring that we're always in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
