📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the port facility,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless port operations,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role,Strong knowledge of port operations and logistics,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in port operations
