📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain employee records and documents,Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize and coordinate training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
