Sehati Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our coffee business. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about coffee and committed to delivering high-quality products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Monitor production schedules and meet daily production targets.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.,Document production processes and maintain records for quality assurance.,Assist in training new staff on production techniques and procedures.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and production management tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
