📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section,Ensure the smooth functioning of the department and adherence to hospital policies and procedures,Manage and supervise the team, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective patient care,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards,Handle any emergencies or critical situations that may arise,Represent the hospital at various events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of hospital operations and management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards,Experience in managing a team and handling emergencies
