📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to management.,Assist in the preparation and processing of financial reports.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or Bank Teller.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and financial systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking practices and culture.
