📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a positive work environment.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
