Crystal Fresh Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our products are stocked and displayed to the highest standards. You will play a key role in driving sales and profitability, as well as mentoring and developing our store team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all products are stocked and displayed according to company standards and promotions.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive profitability and growth.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets health and safety regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support the overall growth and success of Crystal Fresh Group.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food or grocery industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a retail environment.,Experience with inventory management and stock control systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
