Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.,Conduct research to stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Assist in creating and maintaining social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content posting.,Support the agency's social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.,Help organize and participate in social media events, contests, and promotions.,Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate social media insights and results to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Basic knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.,Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.,Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
