📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various audiences.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product developments.,Edit and proofread technical documents to maintain high-quality standards.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, and other documentation formats.
