📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply their new skills,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management software,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions
