📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
