📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP and Oracle systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to the procurement team in sourcing and negotiation activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material management or related roles.
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for material management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Certification in material management or related field is a plus.
