📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop AI-driven systems for precision farming, including predictive analytics for crop health and yield forecasting.
• Integrate IoT devices and sensors to collect and analyze real-time data from farm fields.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of agricultural intelligence solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and algorithms to enhance decision-making processes for farmers.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, IoT, and agricultural technology.
• Provide technical guidance and support to farming communities, helping them adopt and utilize the systems effectively.
• Monitor system performance and make data-driven improvements to ensure continuous efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability initiatives in agricultural practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, IoT, or agricultural technology, with a strong focus on system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with IoT platforms and protocols, such as MQTT or LoRaWAN.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in agricultural data science or a related field is a plus.
